Owen Powers is a graduate in the class of 2017 at Lake Munro High School.
Character History[]
Started Lake Munro in season 25 as a junior, he is athletic and popular with the girls. He has no problems making friends and even decides to try out for the football team. During tryouts he is told he needs to get stronger and several players offer him steroids in order to get strong fast. He begins to take them and later makes the team. Following the end of football season, he is seen still taking them and without anyone knowing. Later, he finds out about the several football players bullying Rayin, but is blackmailed into staying quiet. They threatened that if he told, then they would tell the coach and principal about his steroids. In season 26, his steroid usage begins to get out of hand. He begins using more and more and it causes him to pass out, although only in private so far. Later, Jess develops feelings for him however she is still dating Jack. In season 27, he returns to football tryouts and he is determined to make captain during his senior year. He later begins talking to Jess and later to two begin to date. In season 28, as the college scouts decide who they want, they give drug tests to the applicants. Because Owen is still on steroids, he is nervous about failing the test. He takes the drug test, but fails it which leads to him being denied to play college football. He becomes upset and Jess helps him through it. Later, he and Jess break up right before prom after Jess believes all their relationship problems are because of how they started with her hurting Jack. He is last seen at graduation getting his diploma.
