Maya Thompson is a graduate in the class of 2016 at Lake Munro High School.
Character History[]
Starts Lake Munro in season 22 she is a sassy rich girl who loves to have fun. She is first introduced to Jasmine and Erin who help to get her to know the school. She meets her future boyfriend, Brad, and the two have an instant connection. Later, she is invited by her boyfriend to a party and she goes with him. She is excited to be going to her first Lake Munro party, and introduces herself to many people. Later in the night she starts doing cocaine, which somebody brought and gets high. When Brad threatens to call the cops Maya calls him a sissy and he gets upset. Maya leaves the party before the police arrive and does not get caught. Later, she befriends Aaron and introduces him to Brad and the three begin a trio. Later, she plans an eventful summer with her and Brad. In season 23, after she and Brad get into a heated argument, they break-up. Later, after Erin's disappearance, she gives Paul a shoulder to cry on. The two become close and evantually begin a relationship. Later, her sister begins attending Lake Munro. She, Kylie, is the complete opposite of Maya and Maya tries to get Kylie to have some new friends. When Kylie makes no attempts, Maya becomes angry. In season 24, she tries to talk to Paul about what is bothering him, but he has trouble opening up. Irritated with her continuous pushes to get him to talk, he breaks up with her. Later, she tries to help Maddie and Jasmine on the junior prom, but Maya ends up trying to change all their ideas. They evantually work out a compromise so that all three of them are happy. Later, after she finds out about the car accident she is visibly upset because she had dated Brad and she was friends with Aaron. In season 25, she goes to visit Aaron after he doesn't show up to school. She learns that because of all of his psychical therapy, he doesn't have the time to attend public school and is now taking cyber school. Later, she finds out Paul is still using drugs and she tries to get him to stop. Later, she tries to make new friends after all of her friends have left. In season 26, she organizes the one year memorial of the car crash. She goes off and talks to Brad and tells him she will always love him. She is last seen at graduation getting her diploma. She is later seen in season 27 after Peter gets out of the hospital and visits Olivia at college. It is shown that her and Olivia are roommates.
